About Me
My journey into health began with a 20-year nursing career, providing me with extensive experience in caring for individuals of all ages, in many clinical settings where there was always a focus on health education and promotion. I believe in a holistic approach to health, emphasising that true well-being arises from balancing the mind, body and soul. Holistic counselling is an approach which considers all parts of who we are and how these parts can interact and impact on an individual. At Renew we offer counselling, Reiki, breath work and meditation practices tailored to each individual.
